Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. it appears to be some type of scar which is hypopigmented and at this juncture it is only advisable to wait and watch and continue moisturizing the skin and visit a doctor only if the intensity and size is increasing
