Q.
my son who is 7.5 kg suffering from cold and cough .... from 7 seven days ... as already giving medicines prescribed by the doc. but not get well ... can I give him some home remedies... for fast and better result ... as I don't want to give him more medicines

kindly complete the course of the advised medicine and give lots of liquids. you may give steam inhalation, apply baby rub on her chest back and bottom of feet, give some ajwain water.

Along with that nebulising the child is also going to be helpful of course you can go ahead with that and due to some issue in the app I am unable to read your entire query and apart from that I can recommend the chest and fruit of your child with warm mustard oil even back you can do if you’re comfortable and then do hot compress that will also help
