my son who is 6 years old sometime looks lean sometimes bulky though weight is same. what could be the reason

A. Usually this kind of thing is not seen that despite of having same weight your child looks bulky sometimes looks so it’s very difficult to say maybe it’s just after eating the food or something maybe the child is looking heavy but if you have any kind of a doubt about it check with your doctor
