My Son who is 6+ years old, from past month he wakes up suddenly from sleep and start behaving as he is scared and he says that his eyes sees objects small and big and he gets scared. Please suggest

Priya nightmares and things are common with kids to be seen so you just have to do regular counselling and you can try this thing which normally works with kids when you make your child sleep in the night put a hand on the head of the child and keep saying slowly gradually that I am not scared today I’m going to have the best sleep and I don’t have nightmare so positive things which give positive vibes to the mind and helps in the unconscious mind to sleep better
