Q.
my son who is 5 years 1 month old is 13.40 kg weight he ate everything and a very active child he was born as premiee baby weight less than 700 kg grams on 27th week. recently i did all his test to find out if any growth deficiency as he is gainig slow. but all his report is fine..what shoykd i do he is taking vitamin d3 and tonoferon iron supplements for only 4 months. pls advise
