My son who is 4 months old now does not poop even after 7 days. Had to put lax after 7 days. What can be done to regularise the motion. Pls note he drinks only breast milk

A. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you cafrn give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations ifn proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age
