my son who is 3yrs 9months old , is always saying that I have pain around navel for last three months. pain is not regular, in whole day some times 4-5 times or someday 2-3 times he complains. we already got treatment of parasites and infections. also done ultrasound and stool test, all are normal kindly advise

A. it may be due to gas trouble or any other infection for that you should avoid milk and go to a doctor for the examination of the baby do not give any medication by yourself
