My son who is 14 years old is complaining of pain in testes while walking and running. Also itching around genitals. What could be the issue?

It Could be some kind of an infection or allergy in that you should immediately get a check with your doctor the doctor help me in my exam in that area personally after that only you can be sure about the reason and any treatment on medication can be started
