Q.

My son who is 1.5 years old, doesn’t drink much milk. Mostly 200ml at most for a day. He takes little curd and butter milk . I am worried he is not getting sufficient milk. How important milk is for his growth?

A. Hello mom You can add some flavour in babies regular milk it will help baby to accept it. And if your baby is taking 200 ML milk that is fine and you should just continue giving curd and buttermilk regularly. It will help to fulfil the need of calcium and baby. Rather than this you should just try to give daily routine food to your baby
