Q.
My son whenever see mitti anywhere he eats a lots even he eats powder and dust. Pls tell me any medicine or some solution he is becoming very weak

it looks like your child is having nutritional deficiencies
so please visit your pediatrician
give Healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your child well hydrated
give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
