My son was crying from last night and we observed that something liquid-like structure was releasing from his left ear .

A. It could be associated with an infection you have to check with an ENT doctor also need a lot of cases it has been seen when the child has been fed in the sleeping position due to an ear infection because unknowingly sometimes milk can slide in that area
