my son was cring throughout the night.he is unable to eat and drink. c/o: motions-semisold x6episodes 2days back recoved now fever on and off

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi as fever is there, please visit your pediatrician for once because fever since more than 3 days , indicates Infection please keep your child well hydrated dress your child lightly give more fluids like soup, coconut water etc
