my son was born weight 2.250kg now he is 4 month 17 days old now his weight 5.300 kg so it is normal weight gain or not

A. yes ba by is 4 month old Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it feed for 10 to 15 min from each side it should double the birth weight by 5 month of age

A. Ideally, in the initial months baby should gain 140-200 gms per week and by 5th month, it should double the birth weight,. Considering this, your baby is growing well. Keep feeding breastmilk Or formula regularly and from 5-6 months, you can introduce pureed foods for healthy growth and development.
