Q.

My son was born at 29 weeks with birth weight 950 gms. My doctor suggested to feed him through spoon to ensure proper weight gain and prevent extra loss of energy. My son now weighs 2500 gms. Should I continue feeding through spoon or can I start total breastfeeding right away? Will breastfeeding my son completely affect his weight gain?
