Q.
My Son was bitten by an insect few days back near left eye and below. We used lacto calamine cream and it got ok. But still there are white spots on that area. Please suggest what should be apply to heal it and to make it normal.

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
