A little plus or minus in weight gain is alright as long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing urine a minimum of 6 to 8 times in a day. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
