my son was 20 months old he listen rhymes and enjoying watching cartoons he is telling abcd and 123 when he was watching. but now my problem is he was not responding his name and he is not telling mamma or dad or anything. I recognized this when he was 9 months so I'm encourage cartoon now I learned he is listening and he will talk. but why he was not responding to me and everyone.
