my son was 103 days old ..he is going motion in green colour and going dysentery please say any suggestions

usually it is normal among breastfed babies to pass green stool with watery consistency for 10 times in a day.
it happens because of imbalance between foremilk and hindmilk.
so please feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well .
make changes in your diet as it might be a reaction to the food you ate.
but if your child passes green stool with mucus and foul smell then please consult your pediatrician.
