Q.
My son was 1 year old he is having very hard stool and blood in his motion and crying while doing his motion please suggest any diet changes or any remidies

Your baby might be suffering from constipation, which is common in babies.Try to keep baby well hydrated with fluids like water, fresh juices, buttermilk, coconut water, etc. Include fiber rich foods like oatmeal, beans, peas, legumes, broccoli, fruits with peel, apple juice, bread, cereals etc. Keep him physically active and massage stomach in clockwise motion and move the legs in cycling rotation to ease passing the stool.
