my son vidhan is 4.9 years and he loses his first milk teeth.. why it's so early.. he is healthy n has no health issues than why he shade his theeth so early

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi babies usually start to shed their milk teeth by 5-5.5 years.. consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination of the lost milk teeth space and guidance about eruption of permanent teeth
