Q.

my son turned 4 years boy. His mouth tongue became very red. He was not able to take any food. when tried to feed him anything he was saying that it is spicy. doctor suggested bi- folate tablets. is this ok?

A. yes can give for sore mouth it is important to follow the instructions and medicines course given by your doctor for the problem . they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not undertake medicines or medical procedures not prescribed / guided by the doctor. take a follow up in few days if it is not improving for need of treatment modification

A. okay follow as the doc advise u to... maintain hygiene.. u cn use ice cubes on the affected area keep baby well hydrated u cn gv ghee on the affected area.. take care
