Q.

my son took mother milk till 2 yrs of age, and now he is not taking cow milk,so how he will he intake calcium if he will not take milk?any subtitutes are there?

A. Who says that cows milk is going to give you a lot of calcium it is conception that people have if healthy diet a child is going to have a good amount of dairy products all the other foods and vegetables and the calcium intake would be equal it’s not only associated with cow milk
