Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy5 years agoA. Hi parent You may But better to take supplements naturally. For e g. Take sunbath daily Don't use RO water as it's demineralized Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350. Use more probiotics and millets and fruits in diet.
