my son started scratching yesterday onwards. we have this kind of patch on skin .. is this ringworm? how to treat any topical ointment available??

Looking at the picture it is looking like a ringworm only so I’m going to recommend you to apply candidate B ointment onto this area that’s going to be quite suitable for you to use and this is going to be very beneficial and reducing the issue that is there
