my son speaks a lot of meaningless words as he tries to speak. he does relate to relatives and objects with their names by pointing or touching and says a few meaningful words.does it relate to speech delay.

A. No if your child is speaking meaningful words relating to people following the commands listening everything seems to be pretty much in sync as per the age and also that you are saying the child talking non-meaningful words with that’s absolutely alright with progressing age the child will have better sense of talking which is completely
