my son Sarthak Khandelwal I want to ask about him as we are vegetarians and he is in sports and he is in sports we are finding difficulty for him to get proper strength for his sports please suggest that some vitamin d calcium and protein alternative which can help him to maintain his strength

A. Hello my dear parent! For supplements, I would advise you to please get in touch with your consulting paediatrician. Include rajma, black chana, soya, Paneer, moong dal in the diet. They are good in proteins. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet.
