my son said he get a stomach pain since 1 hour please suggest any medicine

Cyclopam you can give to the child as of now and if you don’t have any medicine at home you can also give the regular paracetamol that you’ve given in fever that also is going to be quite benefiting during this time but otherwise best to go for the medicine that is for stomach pain
