my son Sai Kabeer has completed 9years, he is over weight for his age.. he is around 38kgs..pls advise

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello your kids weight 8s lil more and if the child is active weight is not a problem and avoid junk food and also make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and physical activity is a must for the kids at this age
