Q.
my son's weight is not gaining. He stepped to 10 months on 24th October. i want to know why he's weight is not gaining Right now he's weight is only 5kg & 500 gram . actually he's weight should be more so plz suggest me something so that he can put on his weight

give potato sweet potato pumpkin ragi avocado banana dry fruits as cashew almonds walnuts in paste or powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amt
start with vit supplements as zincovit
