my son's weight in 2021 was 15 kg and that time he had first episode of feets again in 2022 he has second episode of feets till now his weight is only 16 kg not growing so what should I give him to eat

The weight of your child looking at the current age of your child is perfect because by the age of four years child should be somewhere around a minimum of 16 KG Sumi cannot complain about that but if your child is getting fits continuously if that is what you are talking about when you need to check with a neurologist
