Are you sure it is associated with digestion only because sometimes kids don’t like to have anything in the morning after they wake up and some parents in this age also instantly give milk as soon as the child wakes up so you should keep a gap of at least 40 minutes in between waking up and giving milk I think that would help otherwise you can consult your doctor or instead of giving milk you can give breakfast that would be a better choice
