Q.
my son's birth weight is 2.7 kg, in 3 months and 19 days he is 5.48 kg... is this weight gain is enough

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom monthly weight gain is expected in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by the age of 4 to 6 months they almost double their birth weight.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yea your baby weight is perfectly fine and it should be doubled the birth weight in first six months at least and give baby breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months.
