Q.

my son's behaviour is not at all good. he is just 22 months old. He is very stubborn. If anything he is asked was not given to him then he will bite his fingers or throw whatever he holds in his hands or jumps by his legs and lands on his buttocks... I'm worried if anything happens to his body when he jumps like that. He easily gets angry. How can I overcome this. I want my baby to be a soft and understandable person. Please advice.

A. It is common for toddlers to exhibit such behaviors as they are learning to navigate their emotions and communicate effectively. Consistently setting boundaries, using positive reinforcement, and modeling calm behavior can help. When he acts out, redirect his attention or provide alternative activities. Stay calm and patient, avoid reinforcing negative behaviors by giving in to his demands, and offer praise when he behaves positively. Encourage him to use words to express himself and validate his feelings. If his safety is a concern, gently explain the dangers of his actions. Seeking guidance from a pediatrician or chxild psychologist can also be beneficial. With nurturing guidance and consistent discipline, your son can learn to manage his emotions and become more understanding.

A. Siri try to divert your child to any other activity that is going to be good when you try and divert your child that will help also with patience you have to make your child understand that every time we are not going to fulfil your demand sometimes you have to ignore the child also because when you ignore now then they will know that you know this tantrum is not affecting you so they’ll also automatically stop doing it because when you react they do it more because they know this is working so they are very clever in that way
