ExpertPriyanka BhawalkarNutritionist3 years agoA. hey mom, you can follow these tips, you can start with Rice and dal water, Vegtable purees ,Boiled and mashed potato,sweet potato,carrot, Pureed vegetables and fruits, porridges of raw or ragi ,mashed banana ,chicoo..start with 1 spoon 1 time in a day and gradually increase.Always remember a 3 days rule before introducing new foods like when u start with something continue the same food for 3 days and see if the baby is comfortable with that food and then you can introduce a new one.
Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning I would recommend you try to give your baby dal ka Pani you can give rice water coconut water you can introduce fresh fruit puree to the baby this will help to ensure proper growth
