my son's age is 2y 4 months ..he doesn't speak even a word till now ,but he listens and understand every word .what would be the reason and pls let me know the reason

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy5 months agoA. hello most kids will be able to speak sentences with 2 or 3 words by age 2 n can also be delaged in some kids n encourage the child n give it more opportunity ti speak n any concern then chk ur doctor
