Q.

my son's age is 2y 4 months ..he doesn't speak even a word till now ,but he listens and understand every word .what would be the reason and pls let me know the reason

A. hello most kids will be able to speak sentences with 2 or 3 words by age 2 n can also be delaged in some kids n encourage the child n give it more opportunity ti speak n any concern then chk ur doctor
