my son's 4 year old motions are hardly 2 or 3 days long and a little so kindly suggest to me why.

it means child is having constipation
so please keep your child well hydrated
give food items like soup, fruits or Fruits juice, more
encourage your child to do more physical activities
give cup of warm milk with one tbsp of ghee daily before sleep time.
