Q.

my son rub his ears a lot. what is the reason for that? any solution to this?

A. can be because of congestion in the ear v xCold and cough in small babies because of viral infections due to less immunity in the baby treat them sympatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will subside in one week time

A. Your baby has an ear infection Your baby might be pulling or touching their ears because they have pain from an ear infection. Ear infections are most common in babies and toddlers between 3 months and 3 years old. And the poor little buggers can get them more than once.
