Q.
My son recently turned 4 months old. Since last few days, he starts crying as we make him rest in lie down position while he stops crying as soon as we make him sit or carry in arms. Is this normal?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. yes this is common and normal such type of habits and behaviour usually improve with increasing age of the child and does not require any type of intervention. you can divert the child to prevent the habit / behaviour. this is totally fine and not to be worried about. take care.

You cannot make your child sit before completing the age of six months you can accidentally damage the spine of your child and basically your child has gotten into this habit which is why this is happening keep your child on the bed or any mattress where you keeping the child and play with the child that way only
