I followed daily massaging her abdomen twice.. and exercise like cycling... with kid lying on bed.. cycling with legs in air... avoid completely chilli..masala food . it took me 4months . but now after 3 years I can say it worked like miracle.. some kids it takes weeks some months. have patience and follow this. your kids whole life will be better

Include fibre rich foods - Papaya ,pear,grapes,
apple,orange,carrot,ridge gourd,bottle gourd,
cucumber,ragi,jowar,curd, almond powder,
water and fluids help in curing constipation.
Do tummy massage with warm caster oil or coconut oil gently massage for 5 minutes in a clockwise direction using finger tips.
