Q.

my son premature baby born in 31weeks and I have no breast milk ,very little I have daily 20ml that's it , so doctor suggested to formula, so is there any major difference in breast feeding baby and formula feeding baby development? I am so worried about breast milk but I don't have.

A. is breast milk is insufficient can give formula milk For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. good evening actually mothers milk is considered to be much more nutritious for the child because it contains whey protein however if it is not available definitely formula can be given as a secondary
