My son poops 3 to 4 times a day and it is watery poop. At home they may be bcoz of teething. He is not eating anything since a week. He just hve breast milk. Nothing much.

A. 11 months baby is passing loose stools Please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk
