my son of 3months 8 days old has loose motions with a little i.e., very tiny dot of blood like red is that a problem to be concerned

make sure you are giving only breast milk to the child
once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor

Blood in stool is due to infection in stomach. For this you need to consult your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation of the baby. take care
