Q.

my son now more then 8 month and vaccination is will have to be done in December... so what I do to make this a painless vaccination session ?

A. dera painless vaccine available and your doctor will guide you regarding it and if there is fever you can give paracetamol to the child and also apply ice from the injection site

A. Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Give all Vaccines on schedule time Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
