my son now he is 10 years he had allergic problem his skin was damaged for that problem. Dr saying that was fungal, if any cream or soap is better to use for that

Hi Save the skin of the child is damaged and it is dry then you can definitely go for NMFE vitamin E cream and the products under this brand they all are very good and if it is damaged in another manner then you should consult a homeopathic doctor go for a proper treatment for that because since you are saying it could be a fungal infection as well you’ll have to be very particular with the kind of medicines and creams you apply
