my son not weight gain.. offer some food pls

A. dear child should be triple the birth weight by 1year give 3 meals and one healthy snack the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts add ghee to baby's food
