priyanka MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. whatever you are going to do ie. switch off tv or mobile tell him in advance. So he has idea wat is going to happen next. if he resist den wait. The moment he leave tv or mobile eg fr toilet or anything else take his attention to something else u want him to do. Remember nothing is going to happen ryt now it will take tym. Don't touch ur mobile in front of him. Don't play in tv room. Take small step each tym. I was in ur position now neither me nor my child TOUCH mobile fr Entertainment. all d best

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi kids are like sponge they absorb what they see. so at first, limit your own screen time. then gradually decrease your child screen time. spend quality time with your child. play different games,offer age appropriate toys. it will help in this stay calm consistent and positive.
