my son nitish is 4year old .his weight is 14 kg ..is for good for Nitish or not

Very age of four years if a child is of minimum 16 KG name that is definitely the ideal weight kareyo child would be maintaining Suru currently I would say that to KG less weight gain your child is having but you can go ahead with giving more of proteins to the child vegetarian and non-vegetarian but I am sure that’s going to make a good deference
