my son neck & harms are black which cream I can use pls help.

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. if it's confined to one place hyper pigmentation needs to be examined in person to comment. further It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output
