My Son nearly two years is always have motion very tight mostly two to 3 days who eats vegetables very less completes his daily diet through cow milk and sometimes oats. what to do please help

A. it is ok. Constipation is very common in kids . As such medication are avoided just give more of water and more of fiber diet like green leafy vegetable and fruits to baby . Lactulose will be used as last resort as stool softener .
